We’ll take a look at your application and check your skills and experience to decide whether you’re suitable for the role.
At this point, we’ll tell you whether we’d like to interview you and we’ll do our best to provide constructive feedback, whatever the decision.
Our interviews are competency based and generally happen in two stages. First interviews are with the hiring manager and a peer manager, and second interviews are with the hiring manager, a senior manager and someone from our HR team. Sometimes, we may ask for a third interview.
We might assess you against any of the following, but we’ll give you plenty of notice before this happens:
As soon as we decide that you’re the successful candidate, we’ll get to work on checking your references.
Once your references are in place, we’ll aim to make an offer within 5 days. Our offer will take your current package details into account to avoid too much haggling over salary and benefits.
This is where you come in again. Once you’ve accepted our offer verbally, we’ll agree a start date and send you contracts.
When you join us on your first day, we’ll already have a full induction planned out for you, so all you need to do is relax - and start connecting with what’s happening here at eir!
